Using the tools you control

Capping deposits, wagers and stakes

Three limits, your call: deposit amount, total wagered and the biggest single bet allowed. Reach one and that action pauses until the limit lets it through again.

Turning on reality checks

A reality check pauses the game on screen and shows your session time along with your wins and losses. Time alerts work alongside it and flag the moment you hit the session length you chose. You can keep playing, take a breather or log out.

Taking a cooling-off break

Take a timeout lasting one day to six weeks. No deposits, no games while it runs, and once it begins there is no early exit.

Self-excluding or closing your account

Self-exclusion suits a longer break. For the full period you choose, your account stays blocked and all promotions are halted. Closing your account ends it permanently. Request either option by email and we will act on it promptly.

Passing checks before your first deposit

Identity, age and location: we confirm all three before your first deposit clears, checking that you play from somewhere we accept players. Your account belongs to you, and only you, from the first day.

Changing a limit

  • Lower a limit: it applies instantly.
  • Raise a limit: it waits 24 hours before it takes effect.

We build in the waiting period on increases on purpose. You get a full day to be certain about the change.

Protecting minors
